In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover their perfect scent signature while providing an immersive and sensory-rich shopping experience.
As a Scent Advisor, you will be more than just a retail associate; you will be an expert consultant. You will educate visitors on our fragrance collections, storytelling the craftsmanship behind each note, and ensuring our boutique maintains its premium standard. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert guidance to customers on fragrance selection based on preferences, personality, and occasion.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of all product lines, including notes, ingredients, and brand history.
- Create an welcoming and sensory-inviting environment on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays meet visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or fragrance advisory is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Passionate about fragrance, luxury, and premium product presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Fluency in Indonesian; conversational English is a plus.
