Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate complex appointment schedules for clients and internal teams.
- Utilize CRM software to update and track scheduling records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure no double bookings or missed deadlines.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reminders for scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to optimize scheduling workflows.
- Monitor calendar availability and proactively suggest optimal time slots.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using calendar management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
