Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects within Digital Energy and Digital Building domains
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and field implementation
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for complex systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and sustainability goals
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports
- Optimize project performance through continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering design software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
