Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact and the welcoming face of the school for all prospective students and parents.
- Manage the end-to-end student recruitment and admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Conduct informative and engaging school tours, open house events, and presentations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Guide families through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed accurately.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a smooth onboarding transition for new students.
- Maintain and update the student database and CRM system with accurate applicant information.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets and contribute to the school's overall marketing and outreach strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or educational administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse families and students.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and basic digital marketing tools.
- A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of the local educational landscape in Bali is a plus.
