O.B. Montessori Center is looking for a dynamic and dedicated School Cafeteria Supervisor to lead our food service operations at our Manila campus. - Direct and oversee the daily preparation and service of meals, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Lead, coach, and manage cafeteria staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and local sanitation codes.
- Develop and implement nutritious menu plans in collaboration with dietary specialists.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee procurement processes, and maintain relationships with food vendors.
- Monitor and control the cafeteria budget, tracking expenses and implementing waste reduction strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training for kitchen personnel.
- Ensure the maintenance and proper operation of all kitchen equipment and dining facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Management, Nutrition and Dietetics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in nutritional planning and food safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop staff members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially during peak service hours.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic office applications.
