Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
- Develop and implement social-emotional learning programs
- Collaborate with teachers on student intervention strategies
- Conduct assessments for academic and behavioral support
- Facilitate parent-teacher conferences on student development
- Organize workshops on mental health and resilience
- Maintain accurate student counseling records
- Partner with community resources for extended support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or Counseling
- Relevant certification in school counseling
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Knowledge of adolescent development theories
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Crisis intervention training preferred
