Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling for academic, behavioral, and emotional support
- Develop and implement crisis intervention protocols and prevention programs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators on student development plans
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and maintain confidential student records
- Facilitate workshops on mental health, bullying prevention, and career guidance
- Coordinate referrals to external support services when necessary
- Advise on school policies affecting student welfare and inclusivity
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid Indonesian school counselor certification (BK) or equivalent license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in educational counseling settings
- Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in developmental psychology for adolescents
- Excellent communication and cultural competency skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian educational system and regulations
- Experience developing social-emotional learning curricula
