Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' emotional, social, and academic needs.
- Assess student behaviors and psychological profiles to develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
- Organize career guidance workshops and orientation programs to help students plan their future.
- Implement and monitor guidance programs and curriculum to ensure student development.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during challenging times.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions and progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a school counseling or educational setting.
- Certification in Counseling or Psychologist license is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
