You will provide direct support to students, manage crisis interventions, and design programs that promote mental well-being and character development. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs that address academic, social, and emotional student needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students facing personal, social, or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify barriers to learning and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Facilitate workshops on character building, mental health awareness, and conflict resolution for the student body.
- Serve as a key member of the student support team, participating in regular meetings regarding student welfare and progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling interactions and student developmental milestones.
- Organize career guidance sessions and assist students with transitions between grade levels.
- Assist school administration in fostering a positive school culture through proactive communication and restorative practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or Educational Psychology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a K-12 school counseling environment.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development theories.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and professional judgment.
- Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in counseling documentation and standard office software.
