Tanggung Jawab
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional student needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs that promote student well-being and personal development.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals, creating actionable plans to achieve them.
- Identify at-risk students early and provide timely interventions, referrals, and support services.
- Conduct educational workshops on essential topics such as time management, stress reduction, and social skills.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Valid certification or license as a School Counselor (where applicable).
- Previous experience in a school counseling or educational support role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
