We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic School Counselor to join our team at Tunas Tuju Asa for the Academic Year 2026-27. In this vital role, you will serve as a beacon of support for our secondary students, guiding them through academic challenges, personal growth, and career planning. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and building strong bridges between the school and parents.
Your primary focus will be leading student support initiatives, delivering high-quality counseling services, and maintaining excellent communication with families. If you have a strong educational background in Psychology or Counseling and a genuine desire to impact young lives, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide one-on-one counseling and group sessions to support student emotional and academic well-being.
- Develop individualized academic and career pathways for secondary students.
- Facilitate workshops on life skills, conflict resolution, and time management.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and administrators to address behavioral and learning needs.
- Manage confidential student records and maintain accurate counseling logs.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher conferences and family counseling sessions.
- Stay updated on educational trends and mental health resources to provide relevant guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a school counseling or educational setting.
- Fluent in English (active proficiency is essential).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with teenagers and parents.
- Proficient in using computer applications (MS Office) and student management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
