Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address students' academic, personal, and social-emotional needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs aligned with educational standards and school objectives
- Conduct assessments and interventions for students experiencing academic difficulties, behavioral issues, or emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create supportive learning environments and address student concerns
- Assist students in career exploration, college planning, and developing life skills for future success
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation of counseling sessions and interventions
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and healthy relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a school counselor or in a similar educational setting
- Valid counseling certification or license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with adolescents
- Cultural competency and experience working with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of adolescent development issues and appropriate intervention strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in counseling software and basic office applications
