Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling to primary-level students addressing academic, social, and emotional issues.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development and well-being.
- Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs and interventions.
- Conduct assessments and provide referrals for additional support when necessary.
- Promote mental health awareness and implement preventative programs.
- Maintain accurate student records and reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a school counselor, preferably at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of child development and evidence-based counseling practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural school environment.
- Valid counseling certification or licensure (preferred).
