This is a full-time opportunity located in the strategic business hub of **Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan**. As a Supervisor, you will take charge of the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that our educational facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your role will involve mentoring cleaning staff, organizing work schedules, and executing rigorous hygiene protocols. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. Therefore, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of classrooms, laboratories, offices, and common areas to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will manage inventory for cleaning supplies, ensuring cost-effective usage without compromising quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations within the school premises.
- Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Conduct routine inspections of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices to maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to school needs.
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with school administration to address specific cleaning requirements for events or special activities.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to prevent shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably within the education sector.
- Secondary education (SPM/STPM) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of proper chemical usage, cleaning equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and school breaks if necessary.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Certificate in Basic Safety or First Aid is an advantage.
