- Manage and curate library collections including books, periodicals, digital resources, and multimedia materials
- Develop and implement literacy programs, reading initiatives, and educational workshops
- Provide research assistance and information literacy instruction to students and staff
- Collaborate with educators to integrate library resources into curriculum planning
- Oversee library operations including circulation, inventory management, and database maintenance
- Create engaging displays and promotional materials to encourage library usage
- Supervise library assistants and volunteers while maintaining a welcoming learning environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Education, or related field
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Librarian license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school or academic library setting
- Strong knowledge of Dewey Decimal System and cataloging standards
- Proficiency in library management systems and digital resource platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to develop age-appropriate literacy and STEM programs
