Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic academic plans aligned with national curriculum standards and institutional vision
- Lead and mentor teaching staff through professional development programs and performance evaluation systems
- Oversee school operations including budget management, facility maintenance, and resource allocation
- Foster positive relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and educational authorities
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration to enhance student learning outcomes
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations while maintaining high standards of student welfare and safety
- Drive continuous school improvement through data analysis and evidence-based decision making
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in educational leadership with 3+ years as principal
- Valid Indonesian Principal Certification (Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah)
- Proven track record of improving academic performance and student engagement metrics
- Expertise in curriculum development, staff management, and financial administration
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of Indonesian national education system (Kurikulum Merdeka)
- Experience with digital transformation in educational environments
