Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic educational plans aligned with school vision and national standards
- Lead and mentor teaching staff through professional development and performance evaluation
- Oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, and student assessment systems
- Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and facility maintenance
- Foster positive relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure safe, inclusive learning environments that promote student well-being
- Drive data-informed decision making to continuously improve educational outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in school leadership/administration
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian national curriculum and educational regulations
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proven track record in staff management and professional development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic planning and financial management capabilities
- Certification in educational leadership preferred
