Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all school operations, ensuring alignment with Montessori principles and educational standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans for school growth and improvement
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs
- Manage and mentor teaching staff, fostering professional development and a positive work culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the local community
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and educational policies
- Monitor and assess student progress, implementing interventions as needed
- Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Montessori teaching certification or equivalent experience in Montessori education
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage staff, develop curriculum, and implement strategic plans
- Experience with budget management and school administration
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
