Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Valid Principal Licensure Examination (PLE) certification
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience with 3+ years in administrative/leadership role
- Strong knowledge of K-12 curriculum framework and educational innovations
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Experience with budget planning, resource management, and school operations
