- Provide strategic leadership to enhance academic performance and institutional culture.
- Oversee the development and implementation of school-wide curricula and assessment policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching personnel to ensure high performance.
- Manage school operations, including budget planning, facility maintenance, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with DepEd standards, local regulations, and organizational policies.

Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in school administration or leadership roles.
- Proven track record in improving student learning outcomes and school performance.
- In-depth knowledge of educational laws, curriculum standards, and school operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- A proactive approach to leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Must possess valid professional certifications relevant to school leadership.
