In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for facility management during weekend school sessions, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment for students, staff, and visitors.

You will play a pivotal role in facility operations by managing site access, monitoring utility usage, and ensuring that school facilities are properly maintained for the following academic week. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough facility inspections before and after weekend sessions.
- Accurately record and report utility meter readings as scheduled.
- Ensure all school premises are kept clean, tidy, and litter-free following scheduled activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points to maintain site security and access control.
- Report any facility maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Coordinate with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of weekend programs.
- Assist in the basic upkeep of common areas to ensure compliance with WSH standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in facility management, security, or cleaning operations is an advantage.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks as part of facility checks.
- Good communication skills in English and a secondary language.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
- Must be comfortable traveling to various school locations within Singapore (preference given to proximity to home).
