Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in the cancer research and diagnostic industry to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell Vantagebio's range of scientific products and diagnostic solutions to hospitals, laboratories, and medical institutions.
- Provide technical sales support and explain complex scientific data to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers in the Sumatera Barat region.
- Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure clients receive optimal product implementation and support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management to track performance.
- Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic laboratory processes is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the scientific, healthcare, or biotechnology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive business value propositions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client groups.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
