Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based lesson plans for Science and Mathematics that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate a student-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Integrate technology and modern educational tools into daily lessons to enhance the student learning experience.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and curriculum enhancements.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom culture that supports the emotional and social well-being of all students.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievement and developmental milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven teaching experience in an international or progressive school setting is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of student-centered learning methodologies and inquiry-based pedagogy.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and institutional values.
