- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons that align with the primary school curriculum standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and practical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects and improve teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and classroom behavior.
- Utilize educational technology and hands-on learning tools to enhance the science curriculum.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a school setting, preferably in an international or high-standard educational environment.
- Strong understanding of child development and primary school pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young learners.
- Certification in teaching (PGMI, S1 Pendidikan) is preferred.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
