- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics following Cambridge and Pearson curricula
- Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking
- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance practical understanding of scientific concepts
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and examinations
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic development
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and scientific advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Teaching certification or relevant educational qualifications
- Experience teaching Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics at secondary school level
- Familiarity with Cambridge and Pearson curricula is essential
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage diverse learners
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
