- Design, execute, and oversee advanced research projects focused on green biomass chemistry and biomaterial development
- Develop and characterize novel functional materials derived from renewable biomass sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, engineers, and material scientists to optimize material properties
- Publish high-impact research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research funding through grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the professional development of the research team

Kualifikasi
- PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral or equivalent research experience in biomaterials or biomass chemistry

- Demonstrated expertise in polymer synthesis, characterization techniques, and material testing
