Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute the end-to-end development of novel molecular diagnostic assays (e.g., PCR, NGS, LAMP).
- Design and conduct experiments to optimize assay sensitivity, specificity, and robustness for clinical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and commercial partners, to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Analyze complex biological data sets to validate diagnostic performance and troubleshoot assay limitations.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IVDR).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in molecular technologies and integrate them into existing diagnostic platforms.
- Mentor junior research staff and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant post-doctoral or industry experience in molecular diagnostic assay development.
- Strong technical proficiency in nucleic acid extraction, amplification technologies, and detection methods.
- Experience with NGS library preparation, target enrichment, or digital PCR is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing R&D projects and meeting tight deadlines in a regulated environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical data to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and clinical trial design is a significant plus.
