In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of RNA-based therapeutics, working within a world-class biotech hub to translate laboratory discovery into clinical reality.
As part of our metabolic pharmacology group, you will design and execute complex experimental studies aimed at addressing high-impact cardiovascular and metabolic conditions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of molecular biologists, bioinformaticians, and medicinal chemists to accelerate the pipeline of novel RNA-based drugs. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, optimize, and execute in vivo and in vitro pharmacological studies to evaluate the efficacy of RNA-based therapeutics.
- Analyze metabolic pathways and cardiovascular signaling to identify new drug targets for metabolic syndrome, obesity, and diabetes.
- Manage end-to-end experimental protocols, from study design and dosing to biochemical analysis and histological evaluation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate research findings into actionable preclinical data.
- Maintain high-standard documentation of experimental results in compliance with institutional and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare high-quality manuscripts, scientific reports, and presentations for both internal stakeholders and international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and laboratory staff on advanced pharmacological techniques and experimental troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Pharmacology, Physiology, Biochemistry, or a closely related biomedical discipline.
- Proven track record of research in cardiovascular or metabolic disease areas.
- Hands-on expertise with rodent models of metabolic diseases (e.g., diet-induced obesity, atherosclerosis, or diabetes models).
- Advanced proficiency in analytical techniques such as ELISA, Western Blotting, qPCR, and flow cytometry.
- Experience with RNA delivery technologies or oligonucleotide therapeutics is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
