Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize oligonucleotide sequences using computational algorithms and bioinformatics tools
- Develop and implement computational models for predicting oligonucleotide efficacy and stability
- Collaborate with experimental scientists to validate computational designs in laboratory settings
- Stay current with the latest advancements in oligonucleotide therapeutics and computational biology
- Present research findings to internal teams and at scientific conferences
- Contribute to grant proposals and research publications
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the development of the computational biology team
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biophysics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages
- Experience with oligonucleotide design and RNA structure prediction algorithms
- Familiarity with machine learning approaches applied to biological systems
- Knowledge of molecular biology and biochemistry principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals
