Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in motion control or robotics systems
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or MATLAB
- Expertise in control theory, kinematics, and dynamic system modeling
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment (highly desirable)
- Publication record in robotics or automation journals
- Proven ability to lead complex R&D projects from concept to implementation
