Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute research projects focused on cyber-physical systems for the offshore and marine industry.
- Develop, test, and integrate advanced algorithms for maritime autonomous systems and digital twins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate R&D prototypes into commercially viable technological solutions.
- Design and conduct complex experiments to validate system performance in simulated and real-world marine environments.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, research papers, and grant proposals for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Monitor global technological trends in offshore engineering to maintain the center's competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in cyber-physical systems, IoT, or real-time control systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience in maritime or offshore engineering projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
- A strong track record of research publications or successful industry implementations.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
