Tanggung Jawab
- Validate and resolve inventory discrepancies including invalid orders, returns, and missing items
- Coordinate with suppliers for long lead time materials to prevent production delays
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory data using ERP systems
- Analyze inventory turnover metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop safety stock parameters based on demand forecasting
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams on inventory control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory reports and KPIs
- Certification in SCM (CSCP, CPIM) or inventory management preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and JIT inventory principles
