Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Oversee material planning and inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities in purchasing
- Coordinate with production departments to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems for accurate stock tracking
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and data interpretation
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain best practices
