Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Oversee all aspects of procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
- Manage inventory levels, warehousing operations, and logistics to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs and waste.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Production, Sales, Finance) to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Implement and manage supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to enhance visibility and control across the supply chain.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain and logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing supply chain processes, achieving cost reductions, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience within the manufacturing or logistics industries is highly desirable.
