Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Remove impediments and shield development teams from distractions
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure product backlog refinement and sprint goal alignment
- Track sprint progress using Jira and other agile tools
- Foster collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders
- Drive metrics analysis to enhance team performance and delivery velocity
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in software development environments
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
- Proven track record in facilitating agile teams for telecom or SaaS products
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and other agile collaboration tools
- Strong conflict resolution and servant leadership abilities
- Experience with distributed team coordination across multiple timezones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
