Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and SDLC processes across delivery teams
- Act as servant leader, removing impediments and fostering collaborative team environments
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and continuous improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs
- Monitor sprint progress through metrics and ensure timely delivery of quality work
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams
- Promote and support organizational adoption of Agile practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Scrum Master in fast-paced IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks
- Expert facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Information & Communication Technology sector
- Proven ability to drive process improvements in complex delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business domains
