Join Capgemini's innovative team as a Scrum Master for an AI project where you'll drive ethical AI development through rigorous safety practices and continuous improvement. You'll establish robust guardrails and acceptance criteria while leveraging user telemetry and evaluation results to enhance model performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product owners to align on AI objectives and deliver high-impact solutions. Your Agile expertise will facilitate seamless sprint execution, remove impediments, and foster a culture of transparency and innovation. This role requires a proactive approach to risk mitigation and a commitment to delivering AI systems that are both technologically advanced and ethically responsible.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure efficient project execution
- Implement AI safety frameworks and guardrails throughout the development lifecycle
- Define and refine acceptance criteria for AI features and model performance metrics
- Analyze user telemetry and evaluation results to drive continuous feedback loops
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to align AI development with business objectives
- Remove impediments and foster cross-functional team collaboration
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of AI milestones
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and AI governance principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies, preferably with AI/ML projects
- Strong understanding of AI development lifecycle and ethical AI principles
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate business needs into user stories
- Knowledge of AI safety frameworks and responsible AI practices
