Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader, coaching the team on Agile values, principles, and self-organization.
- Identify and remove impediments or blockers that hinder team progress.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to groom the backlog and ensure clear user story requirements.
- Monitor team velocity and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders for capacity planning.
- Promote an environment of continuous improvement and psychological safety within the development team.
- Ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role within a software development environment.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective team collaboration in a remote setup.
- Willingness to work the Night Shift schedule (Philippine Time).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
