Are you a passionate Agile advocate looking to make an impact in a leading technology services firm? NCS Philippines is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic Project Management team in Taguig City.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our development squads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and high performance. You will guide cross-functional teams through the complexities of product delivery, ensuring that Agile ceremonies are effective and that roadblocks are removed promptly to maintain project velocity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader to the team, removing impediments and shielding the squad from external disruptions.
- Work closely with Product Owners to groom the backlog and ensure clear alignment on project priorities.
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles to foster a self-organizing culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development speed and software quality.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to project leadership when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM, or equivalent Agile qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Management role within an IT environment.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC and experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in managing large-scale, complex software development projects is a significant advantage.
