We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to guide, coach, and support our Agile teams in delivering high-value products and solutions. As a key facilitator of the Scrum process, you will play a pivotal role in removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring our teams operate at peak efficiency.
In this remote position based in Ortigas, Metro Manila, you will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to create an environment of continuous improvement. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will help us deliver exceptional results while maintaining team morale and productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum framework and processes
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team
- Track and report on team progress using appropriate metrics and tools
- Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog
Kualifikasi
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and values
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
