In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional automation and next-generation AI testing frameworks to ensure software excellence at scale.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced AI-driven test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify test automation opportunities across the SDLC.
- Implement and integrate AI-based tools into existing CI/CD pipelines to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Execute complex manual and automated test suites for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide detailed reporting on system health.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in automation and AI-testing paradigms.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure high-quality software delivery for US-based stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of total experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium.
- Proven expertise in building and executing AI-Driven testing frameworks or tools.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid, international work environment.
