Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex sales datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and improve data accuracy.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive informed decision-making.
- Monitor and report on SDO performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct regular audits of sales data integrity and implement robust validation processes.
- Support the development of forecasting models to enhance sales strategy and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a sales operations environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formula creation.
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and data manipulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
