Tanggung Jawab
- Support the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality, compliant bids.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts to develop winning value propositions and compelling content.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, briefing documents, and RFP response materials.
- Manage the content library for proposals, ensuring all documentation and case studies are current and relevant.
- Track and report on key sales metrics to provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
- Coordinate across departments to gather necessary inputs for complex proposals and maintain high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales support, proposal coordination, or sales development operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
