Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sea freight export operations for international clients
- Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with shipping lines to ensure timely vessel space and competitive rates
- Handle customs declarations and Tradenet submissions to ensure compliance with Singaporean regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of export processes
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sea freight export operations
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Familiarity with Tradenet and other customs declaration systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics software
