Join PERSOL's dynamic logistics team as a Sea Freight Export Officer in our Tuas operations. This critical role drives the end-to-end coordination of international sea export shipments for our global client portfolio. You'll ensure seamless compliance with WSH procedures while meticulously managing documentation accuracy and cost optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end sea export shipments from booking to delivery
- Verify accuracy of shipping documentation (B/Ls, commercial invoices, certificates)
- Ensure strict compliance with WSH procedures and international trade regulations
- Monitor and optimize shipping costs while maintaining service quality
- Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Proactively resolve shipment delays and operational bottlenecks
- Maintain digital records and prepare shipment status reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sea freight export operations experience
- Proficiency in shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Strong knowledge of WSH compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and cost-monitoring skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in logistics software and MS Office suite
