Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate sea freight import and export shipments from booking to delivery
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required paperwork
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to all stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays in transit, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sea freight operations, import/export documentation
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
