Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and manage strategic business relationships with hyperscalers and colocation operators across Southeast Asia
  • Drive data center solution and infrastructure business growth through new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Create and present comprehensive solution proposals tailored to meet client-specific requirements
  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
  • Travel regionally to meet clients and attend industry events as required

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within data center, IT infrastructure, or cloud services
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, colocation services, and hyperscaler operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Multilingual capability (English and other regional languages) is advantageous
