Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage strategic business relationships with hyperscalers and colocation operators across Southeast Asia
- Drive data center solution and infrastructure business growth through new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Create and present comprehensive solution proposals tailored to meet client-specific requirements
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
- Travel regionally to meet clients and attend industry events as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within data center, IT infrastructure, or cloud services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, colocation services, and hyperscaler operations
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Multilingual capability (English and other regional languages) is advantageous
