- Architect and implement SEA service network strategy across 5+ countries
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical service teams
- Design and enforce SLAs exceeding 99.5% customer satisfaction targets
- Optimize parts inventory and supply chain logistics for 24/7 service availability
- Establish regional service centers with standardized operating procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate service feedback into product development
- Manage regional service budget and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in AC service management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of building service operations from greenfield
- Expertise in HVAC/R systems with EPA/Type I-IV certifications
- Strong understanding of SEA market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in service management software (SAP, Salesforce)
- Fluency in English and at least one SEA language (Bahasa/Mandarin)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
