Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects across SEA priority markets
- Oversee project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs
- Drive change management initiatives and stakeholder adoption strategies
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budgetary controls
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams
- Report on project status, progress, and ROI to senior leadership
- Implement continuous improvement processes for transformation frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in transformation roles
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects in SEA region
- Expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong experience with stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) highly desirable
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one SEA language
