Cosmo SCM is seeking a proactive and service-driven Seafreight Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless coordination of sea freight import and export operations. You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with co-loaders, and maintaining exceptional service standards to facilitate the efficient movement of global shipments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation, including handling arrival notices and coordinating with co-loaders.
- Execute precise data entry and manifest corrections to ensure compliance with customs and port authorities.
- Process electronic Delivery Orders (e-DO) and perform accurate billing activities for timely shipment release.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, providing status updates and resolving shipment-related inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists for export shipments.
- Maintain systematic filing and digital records for all seafreight transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a freight forwarding or shipping environment.
- Strong knowledge of sea freight import/export processes and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and logistics management software.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantageous for client communication).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
